Our base in Barrow is on the waterfront at the historic shipyard. Barrow has always been at the heart of submarine production for the UK.

The Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA) has over 100 people based in Barrow, and will expand its presence on site over the coming years.

Beith is an inland depot occupying 180 acres of land including a central area called Bankhead Moss that is a special area of conservation. The site is located about 20 miles South-West of Glasgow, in North Ayrshire.

DM Longtown has two storage sites, each located either side of the England/Scotland border on land originally used for a munitions propellant factory during WW1. The Longtown site is located between Longtown and Gretna on the A6071 and is 1296 acres in size.

We have teams based at the impressive MOD-owned Kentigern House in Glasgow. Kentigern House was built in 1986, to provide more locations to MOD staff around the UK.

DM Gosport is located on a 550 acre site on the Western Shore of Portsmouth Harbour.

Defence Munitions Kineton, in Warwickshire, is the largest ammunition depot in western Europe. Not only impressive in scale and output, on this site you’ll find a wide range of fauna and flora, from passing deer to rare plant species.

RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire is the hub of UK Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) and the main operating base for airborne intelligence aircraft and systems like the E-3D Sentry AEW1.

Approximately 3,500 Service personnel, civil servants and contractors work at RAF Waddington.

Right at the heart of the capital, with impressive views down Victoria Embankment of iconic landmarks like the London Eye, MOD Main Building houses around 90 DE&S people.

This is a bustling city-centre location, with great transport links and local conveniences. Adjacent to Manchester Piccadilly station, this location is easily accessed by train, metro and bus.

RAF Northolt houses the British Forces Post Office, part of DE&S and was built in 2007. It provides a modern, comfortable working environment, allowing BFPO staff access to the RAF Northolt facilities including a gym and sports facilities.

Our base in Yeovil – at the Leonardo Helicopter Division – is at the centre of helicopter assembly. Overlooking the airfield, you can see your work take flight as Apache, Merlin and Wildcat helicopters take to the skies.
